We hope you love and are happy with your new purchase, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied and wish to return your order we will issue a full refund or exchange providing
- The item/s are returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused
- The items must be returned in their original packaging
- Original invoice is included with the return for proof of purchase
- Your order is returned to us within 14 days from its delivery date
Any items that do not meet this criteria will not be valid for returns.
OPTIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS:
1) Returns must be made via our courier service and will be arranged by Dal&Ilu. The cost is 35 NIS and is covered by the customer
2) Return the items yourself to our studio in North Tel Aviv (Levi Eshkol 16) – FREE. Please Whatsapp (https://wa.me/972546174363) in advance to arrange a time
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Ensure the conditions of return listed above have been met
- Submit your return request via WhatsApp (https://wa.me/972546174363). Please make sure to include your order number and details of the items you would like to return
- We will then issue a pick up request with our courier service. The cost of this is 30 NIS and is covered by the customer
- Once your return has been received you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp
- Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used to purchase the goods. Please allow two weeks for your account to be credited. Shipping costs are not refunded
Returns may also be made in person directly to our warehouse. Please contact us in advance to arrange this via WhatsApp (https://wa.me/972546174363).
If you have received a gift that you want to return, we will issue you with a gift card.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

CANCELLED ORDERS
If you wish to cancel a transaction, please contact us via WhatsApp (https://wa.me/972546174363). Please note if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to pay ₪30 for the courier to return it to us.
